For engineers and EMs stuck in their role or job search.

You already have the experience. Let's make sure the room knows it.

You're getting interviews but not offers. Or you're doing staff-level work and still waiting on the promotion. You're not sure what's missing, and no one's telling you. I've hired, promoted, and grown engineers, and I'll help you figure it out.

Two ways to work together

I help you land the role, then grow in it.

Wherever you are right now, there's a way we can work together.

Interview coaching

Walk into your interview ready.

You'll practice with someone who has sat on the other side of the table and hired engineers and leaders.

  • Tell your story and impact clearly for the level you're targeting.
  • Practice behavioral and leadership conversations.
  • Get direct feedback on what's landing and what isn't.
Leadership coaching

Grow in the role you have.

You'll work through the real challenges in front of you, from promotion and influence to leading people and handling ambiguity.

  • Build a credible path to your next level.
  • Lead across teams and handle the hard conversations.
  • Find a sustainable way to lead.

The pressure is real

You don't have to figure out what's missing on your own.

It's hard to see your own blind spots. That doesn't mean you lack experience. It usually means no one has shown you how your experience is landing with other people.

  • You're applying and not hearing back, or getting to final rounds without an offer.
  • You're doing next-level work and the promotion still isn't coming.
  • You get vague feedback like “more leadership presence.”
  • You can't tell whether the problem is your skills or how you're talking about them.

Who this is for

Leadership is more than a management title.

This is for anyone who wants more scope and influence, and a clearer picture on how to get there. You do not need to be on a people-management path for your leadership to matter.

Tech leads and senior ICs

Lead complex technical work, align across teams, grow your influence, and pursue advancement without giving up the hands-on work you care about.

Emerging people leaders

Build the judgment to lead people well: setting direction, developing others, and handling the hard conversations that come with the job.

What we can work on

Work on what's actually in your way.

We work on the leadership challenges you're facing right now, and on the systems and habits that make this kind of work easier to keep doing.

Growth and promotion

Make your strengths visible

Identify the strengths, scope, and opportunities that support your next level—and build a credible path toward promotion.

Systems thinking

Execute through ambiguity

Cut through noise, find the real constraints, and create enough clarity for your team or stakeholders to move forward.

Influence

Lead across teams and levels

Communicate your point of view, build alignment, and handle the conversations that shape trust and execution.

Sustainability

Lead without burning out

Examine the pressure you are carrying, set healthier boundaries, and build a way of leading that does not depend on overextending yourself.

What makes this different

Coaching rooted in the work—not advice from the sidelines.

You won't get a generic leadership playbook. Your real work, your organization, and your ambitions become the material for the coaching.

See your strengths clearly

We name what you already do well, where it creates leverage, and how to make that contribution visible to the people who shape your growth.

Work the system, not just yourself

We look at incentives and team dynamics too, so you stop blaming yourself for problems that were never yours alone to fix.

Practice on live situations

Bring the meeting, promotion conversation, decision, or team challenge that is happening now. Our work should be useful before the next session.

Seetha Annamraju

About Seetha

You get someone who has grown engineers from junior to staff—and led large teams along the way.

I’m an engineering leader with experience across startups and large organizations, including Amazon Lab126 and Cash App at Block. At Cash App, I led accessibility across the product and core mobile surfaces that touched more than 54 million customers. I have led large engineering teams and supported engineers as they developed from junior contributors to staff-level leaders.

My work sits at the intersection of people growth, strong execution, and systems thinking. You'll get help spotting the strengths and opportunities that expand your scope, build a stronger promotion case, and help you lead more intentionally.

You can expect coaching that's practical and honest. We'll work through the hard parts, and still find clear ways to move forward.

What I'm about

The values behind how I coach.

Here's what you can count on from me in every engagement—how I show up, and what I ask of the relationship in return.

Transparency

You'll get direct, honest feedback in service of your growth, not a glossed-over version of what needs to be said.

Two-way feedback

Your feedback on what's working and what isn't shapes how we work, and I'll adapt to your working style.

Growth mindset

I try to stay in a growth mindset about my own learning—whether that's coaching technique or the latest developments in AI—and enjoy working with people who share that same curiosity.

Inner work

I don't focus on external work without spending time on inner work—for me, that's yoga, meditation, and time in nature. A lot of what I share comes from what's actually helped me build a healthier relationship with work.

In their words

What people say about me

From engineers I've coached through interviews and people I've worked with. Some names withheld while candidates are still interviewing.

Interview coaching

Detailed, actionable feedback.

“Thank you for a very helpful mock interview. I appreciated your thoughtful follow-up questions and especially the detailed, actionable feedback. Your advice on demonstrating Staff-level scope and influence, and how to better structure my examples, was particularly valuable. I came away with a much clearer understanding of what to improve.”

Staff-level candidate, mock leadership interview

Simulated a high-pressure leadership round.

“My interviewer threw curveball hypotheticals at me, which pushed my live thinking and speaking into overdrive and simulated a high-pressure leadership round of answering questions I had never seen before. It gave me confidence that I have sufficient content to adjust on the fly. Thanks to my interviewer, this interview (and the last one that we did) were both great high-pressure, realistic interviews that stimulated my brain and pushed me to improve and perform.”

Leadership candidate, mock interview

Really good feedback on some areas I'm relatively weak in.

“Really good feedback on some areas I'm relatively weak in on behavioral interviews. Thanks for the clear feedback and especially for suggesting that the revenue vs. platform story works as a multi-purpose story about a conflict, influencing a roadmap, and other questions as well.”

Staff-level candidate, mock behavioral interview

Created a realistic behavioral interviewing environment.

“My interviewer created a realistic behavioral interviewing environment that simulated the pressure that I generally feel in interviews. My interviewer helped me think about behavioral interviews as something that I am more in control of than I think I am. I didn't provide as much of a signal on force multiplication as I should've, therefore this will be a primary focus of mine for my next mock.”
